GENERAL TERMS OF USE FOR BUYERS

Introduction
The present terms and conditions of use ("Terms") govern your use of Notch Pay services (the "Services") as a customer ("Buyer") of a merchant using the Services. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Definitions
"Notch Pay" refers to the company operating the Services. "Buyer" refers to any individual or entity using the Services to purchase goods or services from a merchant using the Services. "Merchant" refers to any individual or entity using the Services to sell goods or services.
Eligibility
The Services are available only to individuals or entities who are authorized to enter into contracts under applicable laws. Persons not meeting this requirement are not allowed to use the Services.
Use of Services
The Buyer may use the Services to make a payment to a Merchant using the Services. The Buyer must provide accurate and complete information when using the Services.
Fees
Generally, the Buyer does not have to pay fees to use the Services. However, the buyer may bear the costs of a mutual agreement with the merchant.
Limitation of Liability
Notch Pay assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the Services, including but not limited to, any loss of profits or revenue, loss of data or service interruption. The Buyer is solely responsible for the goods or services purchased and all contractual and legal obligations related to them. Nevertheless, in case of a problem with the merchant, the buyer can resort to Notch Pay.
Data Protection
The Buyer's personal data collected by Notch Pay will be used exclusively to enable the use of the Services and will not be shared with third parties without the Buyer's prior consent.
Amendments
Notch Pay reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time with reasonable notice. The changes will be effective from the date of publication on the Notch Pay website. The Buyer is responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms to be informed of any changes.
Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction
This contract is subject to Cameroonian law. Any dispute relating to this contract will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
By using the Services, the Buyer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If the Buyer does not accept these Terms, they should not use the Services.
