PARTNER TERMS OF USE

Introduction

The present terms and conditions of use (the "Terms") govern your use of Notch Pay services (the "Services") as a Notch Pay partner (the "Partner"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Definitions

"Notch Pay" refers to the company operating the Services. "Partner" refers to any individual or entity that uses the Services to offer the Services to its customers. "Partner Account" refers to the Partner's online account used to access and use the Services.

Eligibility

The Services are only available to individuals or entities who are legally allowed to enter into contracts under applicable laws. Those not satisfying this requirement are not authorized to use the Services.

Registration

The Partner must create a Partner Account to access and use the Services. The information provided as part of the registration must be accurate, current, and complete. The Partner is responsible for the security of its Partner Account and all related activities.

Use of Services

The Partner is permitted to use the Services to offer the Services to its customers. The Partner must provide accurate and complete information about the Services offered and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Fees

The Partner must pay the applicable processing fees for each transaction processed by the Services, as stated in the service contract concluded between the Partner and Notch Pay. The fees may be changed at any time, subject to reasonable notice.

Intellectual Property

The Partner acknowledges that Notch Pay owns all intellectual property rights associated with the Services. The Partner may only use the Services for the purposes of its business and may not in any circumstances reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit them in any way without the prior written consent of Notch Pay.

Responsibilities and Obligations

As ambassadors of Notch Pay, our partners also have the obligation to protect the image of Notch Pay and the personal information of its users. You must use the Notch Pay Services in a lawful manner and comply with all existing laws, rules, and regulations ("Laws").

Limitation of Liability

Notch Pay assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the Services. The Partner alone is responsible for the Services offered and all associated contractual and legal obligations.

Termination

Notch Pay reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time if the Partner violates these Terms or any other contractual or legal obligation.

Prohibited Activities/Services

Notch Pay prohibits certain activities from its users and/or partners in compliance with the law.

Termination and Suspensions

Notch Pay reserves the right to suspend or terminate this contract for various reasons, including: Violation of these terms of use; Carrying out fraudulent or illegal activity; etc.

Modifications

Notch Pay reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, subject to reasonable notice.

Confidentiality

The parties agree to keep all information exchanged in the context of this partnership confidential.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This contract is governed by Cameroonian law. Any dispute relating to this contract will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

By using the Services, the Partner acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
